Helper scripts require Python 3.10 or newer, python-docx for Word forms, Pillow and ReportLab for image-to-PDF work, and FFmpeg/FFprobe for video. Accounts and supporting software are separate. The standalone toolkit has no ongoing compatibility-update promise, and third-party service changes can affect it.
