Craft Fair Stock Reconciliation & Restock Review
Craft Fair Stock Reconciliation & Restock Review compares one completed fair’s opening stock, closing counts, sales, gifts and breakage. It prepares proposed stock adjustments and a restock worksheet for your review.

Both Codex and Claude editions included. No edition selection needed.

Missing counts and unclear design IDs stay visible as exceptions rather than being filled with guesses.
The restock discussion uses recorded sales, remaining units and the production capacity you provide. It does not turn an empty box into a demand forecast.
The included practice fair has two stages, each with finished reconciliation, exception, proposed-adjustment and restock CSVs. It gives a seller a worked example of how the record changes after questions are resolved. The editable restock worksheet then connects remaining units with the production time the seller can actually supply.
Designed for one completed fair, one selected stock pool and whole units. It uses recorded counts rather than counting products in photographs.
Both editions require Python 3 and local file access in a compatible AI environment. Tested in Codex; use in Claude has not been tested. AI accounts and subscriptions are separate.
Opening and closing stock counts, records of sales, gifts and breakage, and confirmed design IDs for one fair. Online-quantity comparisons also need the relevant home count and stock-pool details.
The difference remains visible in the exception report. Missing counts stay unknown, and unclear design IDs remain questions rather than being assigned to a likely product.
The editable worksheet brings recorded sales and remaining units alongside the production time supplied by the seller. It supports a choice of quantities; it does not predict demand or estimate lost sales.
The kit produces proposed adjustments for the seller’s separate decision. It has no store connection, synchronization or automatic inventory update.
