Event Inquiry to Proposal

Turn an event inquiry into a proposal outline with the missing details in view.

An inquiry may describe the event without answering every question about scope, timing or price. This AI skill brings the customer’s request and your approved business facts together in a concise review packet.

For photographers, florists, planners, DJs and rental vendors preparing an event proposal.

Both Codex and Claude editions included. No edition selection needed.

The inquiry, your business facts and the proposal in one place

A clear summary of the event request

The packet brings the customer’s requirements together and shows where each detail came from.

Questions that move the conversation forward

Gaps in timing, scope, availability, travel or deposits become specific clarification questions.

An outline grounded in your own offer

The proposal outline and follow-up plan use the services, prices and terms the vendor has supplied.

The inquiry, availability and proposal outline side by side

The included template separates the event request, the business’s confirmed facts, open questions and the proposal outline. A photographer can see the requested date beside the availability information supplied; a rental vendor can see the requested items beside confirmed inventory facts. The packet makes that distinction visible before a proposal leaves the business.

What you receive

Tools, inputs and fit

A compatible Codex or Claude account with custom Skills and file tools is needed, along with a redacted inquiry and vendor-approved business details. The AI subscription is separate. Both editions have been tested in their apps; Claude’s Markdown Copy route was tested, while downloading with its Download button was not. The skill prepares a packet and outline; it does not invent prices or availability, book dates, accept terms, interpret contracts or send messages.

Choosing the right option

Who is this designed for?

Photographers, florists, planners, DJs and rental vendors who already have business details to work from and want a clearer way to turn an inquiry into a proposal conversation.

What format is the result?

A Markdown packet containing requirements, source references, clarification questions, a proposal outline and follow-up plan. Markdown is plain text that can be read in a text editor.
