Human review stays in charge

The workflow does not invent missing ingredients, quantities, timing or card content. Memories stay separate from cooking instructions, and reviewer decisions are applied only to the exact field they cover.

Use redacted or fictional materials for practice. Before sharing or cooking from an archive, compare the saved result with the original image and resolve important uncertainties with the family reviewer.

Testing and limits

Codex: native PASS on the exact 0.1.2 edition, including actual image reads, staged reviewer decisions, saved Markdown, PDF and CSV output inspection, edge cases and cleanup.

Claude: included under the approved corresponding-edition release rule, but not natively tested. Structural parity checks passed; no Claude PASS is claimed.
