Where this product fits
This is care documentation, not veterinary advice or an emergency service. Diagnosis, treatment, medication changes and urgency decisions remain with the responsible people. Urgent care does not wait for a generated document.
What you’ll need
A compatible Codex or Claude browser/desktop account with skill and file tools is required. Both editions were tested in their respective apps. Copying the Claude result was checked; saving it as a download was not verified. AI access and subscriptions are separate.

A client-update draft supported by the visit notes. The caregiver decides what to send; the skill does not contact clients or veterinarians.

What if I cannot access my download?
